Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your BBQ

  Ensure the item is securely packed in its original crate or box, including all manuals, tools, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a pickup with our designated heavy-goods freight partner.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
